Made from army duck weight canvas and waxed by Martexin, a family owned company, this is the best stuff, made in the USA since 1838.

Roll the top down twice and a solid brass snap holds this lunchbag shut. Tuck your fingers under the roll and carry it comfortably in your hand. Simple.

Be creative with the personalization and make this bag truly unique. The letters are 3/8”, or 9mm high, all caps, impressed into high quality, vegetable tanned saddle leather, then oiled and riveted to the bag to start that weathered look.

Waxed canvas fabrics offer “old school” water repellency. I’ve used a heavy, 14 oz dark olive green waxed canvas duck, for the body of the bag, and a caramel brown waxed canvas base. Embellished with full grain leather and brass snaps and rivets, you can make it even more special with your own personalization; an added name, initials or any type of silliness.

Waxed canvas is water and stain resistant and cleans up with a stiff brush and cold water, but never detergents or dry cleaning. If it ever needs re-waxing, simply use a small tin of Martexin Original Wax and rub it in for a renewed bag.
